GCENA

Community Guidelines

Effective date: June 30, 2026

GCENA is built for real connection in a calm, respectful space. These Community Guidelines explain what we allow, what we do not allow, and what happens when rules are broken.

Our standards

We have zero tolerance for:

Be respectful

Treat others with dignity. Disagreement is okay. Personal attacks, humiliation, and repeated unwanted contact are not. In Duo and Trio spaces, remember that real friends are talking — be kind, even when emotions are high.

Keep content appropriate

Use AI responsibly

Ciel is here to support conversation, not to replace real human care. Do not use Ciel or other features to generate harassment, hate, scams, or illegal instructions. Do not pretend Ciel is a licensed professional.

Campfire and public posts

Content shared to the Campfire community feed is visible to other GCENA users. Post only what you are comfortable sharing in a public community space. Respect others' privacy and boundaries.

Safety first

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away. GCENA also provides Emergency Resources in Settings with crisis helplines in multiple countries. GCENA is not an emergency response service.

Reporting

You can report content or users in the app:

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We aim to review reports within 24 hours. All reports are handled confidentially.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may:

Blocking

You can block users you do not want to interact with. Blocked users should not be able to continue unwanted contact through GCENA features covered by blocking.

Our commitment

We want GCENA to feel like a safe campfire — warm, human, and respectful. These guidelines help protect that space for everyone.
