Community Guidelines

Effective date: August 27, 2026

These Community Guidelines apply to GCENA — Come Home (the Google Play and App Store listing name) and to GCENA everywhere in the product — Campfire, Keepsake, Inner Circle, Safe Space, live streams, and anything you buy or earn here.

They explain what we allow, what we do not allow, and what happens when rules are broken.

Our standards

We have zero tolerance for:

Be respectful

Treat others with dignity. Disagreement is okay. Personal attacks, humiliation, and repeated unwanted contact are not. In Duo and Trio spaces, remember that real friends are talking — be kind, even when emotions are high.

Keep content appropriate

Music, video, and copyrighted content

Only upload music, video, or images that you created yourself, that you own, or that you are licensed to use. This applies everywhere in GCENA, including Campfire posts, Camp Reels, My Day, GCENA Reels, and Keepsake profile music.

If we receive a valid copyright notice about something you posted, we may remove it and contact you, and repeated infringement can lead to account suspension. See the Terms of Service (section 5) for the full policy and how a rights holder can send us a takedown notice.

Use AI responsibly

Ciel is here to support conversation, not to replace real human care. Do not use Ciel or other features to generate harassment, hate, scams, or illegal instructions. Do not pretend Ciel is a licensed professional, and do not present Ciel's words as advice from one.

Campfire and public posts

Content shared to the Campfire community feed is visible to other GCENA users. Post only what you are comfortable sharing in a public community space. Respect others' privacy and boundaries. My Day items are visible to people who can see Campfire and expire after 24 hours.

Calls in Inner Circle

Tips, tokens, and creator earnings

Paid emoji are a way to say thank you to someone whose post moved you. Keep that honest:

Fun Points from Premium or from ads you watch are for fun and never pay a creator. Only Paid Points bought in the store create real earnings — see the Terms of Service.

Live streaming (Campfire Live)

When you go live in Campfire, viewers watch inside GCENA. The stream is carried on our own servers, not on YouTube. These Guidelines apply to what you show and say.

Do not stream content involving minors in unsafe situations, nudity, violence, or anything illegal, and do not put other people on camera without their agreement. Campfire Live is separate from Inner Circle calls.

Child safety standards (CSAE / CSAM)

GCENA — Come Home has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes any sexual content involving a minor, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or computer-generated sexual imagery of a child.

We do not allow this anywhere in GCENA — Come Home. If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we remove it, we may suspend or permanently ban the account, and we report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities — including, where required, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the competent authority in France and the European Union.

Report it in the app (Settings → Report a Problem, or report / block on a post, profile, or conversation) or email support@gcena.com with the subject Child safety. That inbox is the child-safety point of contact for GCENA — Come Home. Child-safety reports are reviewed first.

GCENA — Come Home is for people aged 13 and older, or the higher minimum age required in your country. It is not designed for children under 13.

Safety first

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away. GCENA also provides Emergency Resources in Settings with crisis helplines in multiple countries. GCENA is not an emergency response service.

Reporting

You can report content or users in the app:

Reports are reviewed as quickly as possible and handled confidentially. Reports about child safety and immediate danger are looked at first.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may:

If you think we got a decision wrong, reply to support@gcena.com and we will review it again.

Blocking

You can block users you do not want to interact with. Blocked users should not be able to continue unwanted contact through GCENA features covered by blocking.

Our commitment

We want GCENA to feel like a safe campfire — warm, human, and respectful. These guidelines help protect that space for everyone.
